exchange & refund policy

If an item is purchased and falls below the standard that you expect from us, please telephone G.T. Sitek Scale Brass Propellers and we shall provide you with a full refund or replacement.

Claims for damage or partial loss must be notified within 10 days following delivery. None deliveries must be notified 10 days from the invoice date.
